Terms & Conditions

These terms cover your use of the AIKO Technologies services: Aero, Aero Squad, AIKO Poly and the AIKO app.

Last updated 7 September 2026 · This policy is published in draft while it is with counsel. If anything here conflicts with a signed agreement you hold with AIKO Technologies, that agreement governs.

Agreeing to these terms

Using an AIKO service means you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation — a school, a hospital, an employer — you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

Your account

Give accurate details and keep them current.
Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
One person, one account. Tell us promptly if you think an account has been compromised.

Aero — rides and deliveries

Aero connects riders with independent drivers. Drivers are not employees of AIKO Technologies. AIKO operates the platform; the journey itself is provided by the driver.

Pricing	The price quoted before booking is the price charged on arrival. There is no surge multiplier.
Driver commission	Drivers pay a flat daily platform fee and keep the whole fare.
Cancellation	A trip may be cancelled before pickup under the terms shown in the app at the time.
Parcels	Do not send anything illegal, dangerous, perishable in a way that risks harm, or prohibited by carriers.

Aero Squad — institutional transport

Aero Squad adds driver verification, live tracking and Gate-Seal arrival records on top of the Aero network. The institution decides who may view a route and who is expected on it, and is responsible for keeping that list accurate.

Gate-Seal records that a code was scanned at a gate at a time. It is evidence of an arrival event; it is not a warranty about anything that happened before or after that moment.

AIKO Poly — hardware

Hardware is sold through the Poly store, and the sale terms shown at checkout apply to it. Battery and solar figures published here are typical performance under ordinary use; real results vary with volume, temperature and how much light the headband actually sees.

AIKO app — what you make

You keep ownership of the images you create. You grant AIKO the licence needed to store, process and display them in the app, including to anyone you publish them to.
Do not create or publish content that is illegal, that sexualises minors, that impersonates a real person to deceive, or that harasses somebody.
We may remove content that breaks these rules and suspend accounts that keep breaking them.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the services, probe them for vulnerabilities without permission, or attempt to access another person’s account.
Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the services or their content without written consent.
Do not use the services to break the law or to endanger anyone.

Availability

We aim to keep the services running and to warn you about planned downtime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Coverage varies by city and may change.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, AIKO Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending it

You may stop using the services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are broken, where the law requires it, or where continuing would put people at risk.
